I ran the stock RE070's my first time at sebring. It destroyed them but then again I was trail braking... Bring extra fluid and bleed your brakes at lunch. (at least the fronts)

I did all my braking late & in a very straight line, didn't want to risk a spin out.

Only powering out of long sweeping corners did it feel like the tires were scrubing at all.

I also ran the stockers. They were great once they got hot.

I have set up an in-car camera since my last trip and will be recording my time on the track.

I'm going to Brooksville this saturday for a track day.

 

I'm not going to be able to make this month, but it looks like they have them every month according to the web site. If that's the case I'll try and make the next one.

It doesn't make sense for me to re-post it again as there was no interest... so just keep an eye on safemotorsports.com for future events. It would be nice to have some more subaru's in the future.

I'm still amazed that 360 people viewed the post and nobody is going. I even feel a little embarrassed that I posted the opportunity with such enthusiasm and i am the only one going.

When I heard about it for the first time, I jumped at the chance to drive on a World famous race track! Few get that opportunity in life. I don't plan to waste it.
