I can see how its hard to know every subarus peak boost or targeted boost off the top of your head.

it changes year to year too just like for the 06 the peak boost is 11.6 at about 3600rpms most people will still say its 14 and swear up and down it is.

 

Haha, how funny you were right about the pill restricter. I asked Gene at work about it, and i told him what was going on, and magically like a pack rat that he is with parts, he had one in perfect condition. Lunch time hit, put it in and presto 14.5 psi max again. No stupid CEL or anything. I guess thats just something you learn from experience. But i dont think ill forget now. Especially after i shot flames out the back around 90mph. Thats when the car would throw codes before. Anyway thanks for the help!

 

How come you wont have Bill tune it for you?

I hear great things about Snowman and SS around here. Why not have them do it?

S&R has the equipment for a tune session to take place. They are still learning on tuning these cars.

 

Ok just shhh about Bill. Im not saying anything. Trust me, theres good reason. Anyway ive thought about letting S&R tune it, but i havent heard how good they are or not. I do see a lot of people come in with S&R stickers but i donno if they have been tuned by them or not. And the same goes for snowman. Ill just have to check em out. Like i said in the previous posts there are butchers...Its kinda scary when your spending lots of money on tuning and you dont know how your cars going to be went it gets out...If i was like some of these guys who have sti's that daddy bought hell i wouldnt care then. The only people who have ever tuned my car was Mach 5 motorsports. They did a good ass job too. They are way too far away for me now tho. But if anyone has any good feedbacks about snowman, or S&R let me know...
