I just want to follow this up with some info that I've learned from the post on wrxatlanta.
Enginuity is the name of the software created by Jared Gould. Enginuity itself is his original work.
HOWEVER, it is hard to prove one way or another if the original open source stuff was STOLEN by somebody hacking the Ecutek software itself.
Until this is discovered I can't ethically suggest the stuff, however in order to be competitive, I DO tune it...

Most people realise its the tuner and his tune thats important, not what flashes the ECU, and not the software the tuner uses to create his maps.

my sidekick 3 comes with sidekick ecu i dont even have to hook it up it works like a bluetooth... as im sitting here im tunning my car... and im tunning mannys to run only 3 psi
