Default sti tranny

I was wondering if the 6 speed sti tranny, would bolt up to the 2.0 block. I have searched, and cant seem to find any answers to my questions. Some help would be cool thanks

yes i believe it will, however (I THINK) you will need drive shaft, axles and rear diff.

yes it bolts right up. to use as a replacement to the 5 speed you need to use the 6 speed drive shaft, shifter linkage, axles (depending on your year) and r180 rear diff or a r160 with 3.90 r&p. if you use the r180 you also need to replace the hubs. you can use the 5 speed flywheel and clutch as long as you use the 5 speed shifter fork. if you use the 6 speed clutch and flywheel you have to use the 6 speed shifter fork.
