Question Help With Maf Problem!

Ok so here is the problem. I have installed a vf30, ebay tmic and all supporting mods. After installing everything snowman tuned my car to run 19psi peak and taper off to about 16.5-17 at redline. The car made full boost and had a perfect a/f ratio. The only problem is that the maf sensor was only reading a max of 230 g/s. Since then I bought a used maf with only 30,000 miles that worked perfectly, to replace my maf which I thought was bad. We hooked it up again today and it did a little better but topped out at 240 g/s. We even bumbped it up another psi and it still only hit 240 g/s. We can not figure out if it's the maf that is reading low, or if the turbo is actually not pulling enough air. Could it be that I need a cold air, or is my turbo not flowing what it should? Anyone have any ideas, at this point I can't figure it out? This turbo should be flowing at least 260 g/s.

I read on some other posts about scaling the maf. I didn't think I needed to do that cause I still have the stock inlet and air box. This is really frustrating.

Didn't you send that turbo to Deadbolt for inspection and such? They didn't report any problems to you, did they? Maybe it's the tune?

it is a rather interesting problem. realistically a stock box and filter should be able to flow it, but i would think about trying another intake. along with that check all your intake fittings and along the inlet( also where the inlet connects to the turbo). it's either pulling air from somewhere or not enough.

edit: apexi beat me to it, i took my time typing
