i didnt need a torx bit, i beleive it was a 19mm for me. Did have a hole in the middle of the bolt top where i put the socket, but it didnt effect anything.

let that drain out and put the oil into the dip-stick/filler tube which is behind/underneath the intercooler on the passenger side of the tranny. A funnel is suggested.

Ill be doing mine in a few days when I can find Redline Lightweight shockproof and Castrol HypoyC 80w-90 oil.

kax 04-05 wrx's use a torx head bolt. 02-03 have a regular socket head.
