man i'm not trying to be a dick but i've only seen a few subarus with them. it's a very bold claim to say they are "by far the most popular" just because you sell a bunch of them, at least give some reason why they are better.
for the original poster, the best one to get is a recirculating valve. for the least headache stay with the stock one and use the money for something else. just don't go with the txs, they're garbage. i've had one and still have one i won't sell because of it being garbage.

i know recirc is good, but im still enjoying the hks. 1.5 years strong

Thanks to everyone for the help! i want to know more about the recirculating valve's anyone got a link to info on them not just a store but info. and do they make alot of noise?

Blowoff valve - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

they don't make alot of noise at all. if the noise is whatg you're after the best bet is to get a 50/50 valve. it will make noise when venting higher pressure. gfb, aps, and a few other make them. the other is the hks which doesn't recirc at all but seems to have the best trck record and i think half of the subarus here use one

dude, keep the stock one......spend the 150$+ on something that will benefit you......

Say i have even 500$ to put into my sti what should i do first? then what after that i make good money i could put 500 a month into my car( so slowly but surly it would get better) but were is my back for my buck?
