Updates for my 06 2.5i (56k, go make a sammich)
Since the past pics, I've installed:

A Shitton of Wire
In other news, these cars are EXTREMELY easy to wire, and it almost seems that they thought people were going to wire... so why not leave a few open grommets and plenty of space to route wires?
I've got a 4g and an 8g power lead down the drivers side, remote + 4 16ga speaker leads up the passenger side, dual/quad RCAs up the pass side, under the seat, and up the center console, my sirius unit under the passenger's seat using the stock passage ways for the cabling, and the iPod controller right behind the ashtray on the airbag controller box.
Keep in mind, all these pictures look like hell- I'm not done securing wires... having a small problem with my sirius unit.

Anyone ever noticed a rubber band holding some pieces together under the dash?
