Tranny issues :(
Hey i got a 2002 wrx with a turbo back and suspension.As im driving to work this morning driving normal.Then when i put it in second at around 5k medium throttle a horrable sound comes from the tranny.Long story short im at work and 3rd gear and reverse are the only gears that work.Case isnt broke but it definetly sounds bad inside rebuild or buy a used one cause i have to sell this car in a month.

that gravel is your 1st,and 2nd gear running around your tranny. i have had the same thing happen to me 2times with a month. not fun, i would fine a used tranny and just sell it. and let the next person deal with it.

Yeah the trick is to find one without a broken 2nd everyone ive found say needs rebuild 2nd gear broke.The car is perfect other than the now broke tranny.If anyone knows anyone who can sell me one let me know.
