I bet if you put your stock wheels back on you would drop about .4 seconds or more. Those tires are HUGE.

Ninja edit: You all talk too much this late at night... I spent time working on this post! BTW, those are HUGE tires.
I'd like to preface this with what should be a standard nerd warning on all my posts.
2lbs lighter than stock, but what about tire size? Do you keep stock-ish rolling diameter? (i.e. 225/45/17 and 225/40/18 are about the same) If you're larger, then you're geared taller. This might not be a horrible thing with a 6-speed, but compared to a stock car, you'll appear to accelerate slower. If your rolling diameter is less than stock, your gearing will be higher, which will make you shift more often. I think I lost my point in there somewhere.
Let's use an example of Yokohama ES100 tires (which are what I run) and revolutions of the tire per mile of travel. THey don't list specs for the 19" version, but the difference between 16, 17, and 18 should help illustrate my point.
225/45/16: 866 revs/mile (shorter sidewall)
225/45/17: 828 revs/mile <----- stock STi size
225/45/18: 797 revs/mile (taller sidewall)
225/40/18: 828 revs/mile <----- use this for 18"
Your tires are < 750 revs/mile at that size!
Stock WRX (pre-2006) tire size is 205/55/16: 831 revs/mile
I run a 235/40/17 on my race wheels, which is 848 revs/mile. I do this so I get slightly better acceleration coming out of corners with my 5-speed.
(btw, Tirerack now has an "extreme performance summer" category... sheesh)
