Pros and Cons for Injectors??
What would be the pros and cons to modified stock injectors vs. buying some other companies injectors? I see a lot of modded ones for sale and was wondering if they are just as good as the ones that can sell for up to 5-600 bucks? Also what size injectors should I be looking to get to flow a vf22 or 34 set up? Thanks for the help.
If your going the cheap way, you'll get cheap results as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"
that being said, if you get the modified injectors flow tested, you should be fine. Don't just drill em out and put em on your car. FLOW TEST THEM

How well a car idles (and possibly very low speed driveability) is determined by the injector as well. Modified ones can idle rough and run a little rough down low I believe, but check on the latter. It also depends on how anal you are as far as what constitutes a smooth idle.
According to Scott Siegel, Nismo/Tecx (sp?) are the best followed I believe by Power Enterprise then modified stockers. Iirc he said stay away from Helix like the plague. If that is the correct manufacturer, some tuners won't even tune a car with 'em because they are so hard to get running smoothly.
