is it better to get an ecuteck reflash from pdxtuning where i send it in or from a portuner? ALso how much would it run me to get an ecutek and to get it tuned?

you would be better off sending the ecu to PDX to have it done. they send it back out same day.

so i just tell them what i have done and they some how put it on my ecu as if they would on a dyno. how do they do that. i mean dont you have to have a car there to get the full potential out of a dyno tune?
