just make sure its straight forward work. (performance- they mounted ryans fuel cell in sideways) last time i went in there they said my TCV needed to be recalibrated (after I replaced my motor i got screwed out of on my warantee) and they said it had to be done with this process thru some computer process and thats the only way it could be fixed and that it was gonna cost me $200 something dollars to do. after talking to the guy that I got my motor from said he took it off when he pulled the turbo so he wouldnt damage it and it was simply a spring loaded sensor and it didnt put it back on right, 10 minutes later i had it pulled and CEL gone, no software needed.

service department just doesnt know what they are talking about 90% of the time, like how i was told my motor blew up bc my wastegate was hooked straight to the turbo vacuum port and not the fact that it makes you run LESS boost then factory like that, not more.

honestly the only good experience ive had there was with kyle, he is a stand up guy and has answered a few questions i had when my motor replacement was going on. so the only reason id say go there is for only purchasing parts, hell they even screwed up my APR on my paperwork.

And at one time Mark and I were battling each other in this forum.

I really dont mind people picking my brain on Subaru stuff, and Opie is the same way. I do what I can to help you out, I just get defensive when these heated arguements occur.

yea like i said kyle, your the only asset to that company. though i never had a problem with you in the 1st place, but i understand when you tried to defend your work place. id never get any sort of work done there or ever buy another car from there, but ill buy any needed parts from you since your the only person there that seems to know how to act.

my fav though was right after i got my car done my steering wheel wasnt all the way straight and my window squeeked when it rolled down, took it in for a service, steering still wasnt fixed and 15 min later my window squeeked when i rolled it down, wasted a 1/2 day for nothing.

you might as well go to reeves. Any dealership that doesn't specialize in a specific brand or sells high end cars with low end cars won't give a shit about you. Reeves had the shittiest service when I went to buy my RS, i wasn't even able to sit in an RS, let alone test drive one. 40 minutes later I was at Mastro, filling out paperwork for my RS, after a test sit and a test drive.
