Question FP Green ?'s

well i keep mulling over my turbo options and it looks like it will end up the FP green. I like the price, performance, and ive heard nothing but good things about it. I am curious though as to whether or not you guys think its too big for a TMIC? Im concerned about heat soak but i may have a solution to that, we'll see. I just want to hear your opinions on the matter. My new HP target is about 300-350whp. And yes i will have new gears and all neccessary upgrades to support that.

From what ive read on boards a TMIC will soak very quickly with a Green. If your gonna go with a turbo that nasty i would definitely look into a fmic..

If your on a budget, look into the SSautochrome FMIC kit, it is pretty well made and fits nicely. Theres an adaptor piece for the BOV that you will need to buy separately that they neglect to tell you about... other than that its one hell of a kit for like 400 i think

an argument could be made for a TMIC/Meth Injection combo for a FP Green

yes, but here in Fl. i would recomend a FMIC over a tMIC about 98% of the time.

Turbos are humidity-cooled in the south, no need for an IC

in reality a FP Green might be a little big for your hp goals. You could easily meet your whp goals by with just a regular TD06h-20g(44) or even a VF22.

interesting, didnt consider the 22 might have to look into that. Although I would like a turbo that wouldnt have to be operating at its top efficiency rang to produce my target HP numbers. I like to have a little room to work with.
