You can rent the spring clamps from Autozone, you pay them up front and then when you return them they give you your money back. So, all in all it's free! Or you can just shoot the stock springs off , the after market springs may not need to be compressed since they are much tighter than the stock springs.

taking the springs off is no biggy. just put some pressure on the top of em when your undoing the top nut.

more than likly there is no way in hell you will be able to redo the front springs with out some form of help. it is a mother pain in the ass.... the rears arent to bad.

I read their directions and it says to replace the top nut and not to reuse it... kind of odd... Anyone heard of this?

I may have to wait till the next install day. Ive been seeing the same girl for 2.5 years, that kind of eliminates friends to help out on the car lol. On the positive side she is buying me the craftsman titanium ratchet/socket set for Xmas so i cant complain...

Guys let me know when you want to do another install. We got a lot done on the last one, but we do daves car first on the next one

Welp, casualty (sort of) number one from install day, lol...

Going home yesterday my oil pressure light came on. I pulled over and I'm just dumping oil out of the bottom of my car, the car is smoking which I originall assumed was from the heat wrap. I check the oil and NOTHING on the dip stick, look around and some way or another I guess we did not get the oil return line on the bottom of the turbo properly seated so oil was going in the turbo and shooting right out of the bottom, whoops I guess.

Couldn't finish last night but I have the intercooler off and most of the DP bolts off, just ran out of time to finish...

Blahhhh...
