My friend put a TBE on his 03, only mod, and he wasing running 16-17psi. He only hit around 14 all stock.

if the nuts on the DP are loose that shouldnt cause boost creep it should cause boost leak and you'll know if its leak (loud as high pitched whine) my car spiked for a bit to 16.5 psi when i got my TBE but it settled down after like a week.
