mods?
mods?
I am debating whether or not to mod my car at all, But i figured i should ask the masters here. Is it worth it to do things like sway bars and strut bars on a lease, as well as how much does it help handling, i am new to a car from a truck so the handling is already amazing to me. any help is appreciated as well as an other mods possibly worth it.

Personally I wouldn't want to do much to a lease vehicle unless you plan on buying at the end of the contract, but I know I still would mod it anyway.
And yes, swaybars with good end links, strut tower braces and an anti-lift kit (from what I've heard) will make the car handle much better. First things first though...replace the tires if not the wheels as well. That will make a huge difference in the way the car drives.

for a lease, a cheap mod would be remove the air silencer crap and add a kartboy short shifter with bushings. no hp gains but you hear the engine a little better and the shifter makes driving spicy.

Yeah, the snorkel removal is strictly an audio mod. You can hear the turbo spool a little louder and not to mention hearing the BOV when the windows are up and the radio is off.
