I like the car but honestly I find that our Forester isn't any more practical than an Impreza wagon. The only advantages the Forester offers over a Impreza is a slightly taller roof and raised ground clearance which would be lost with the STi "tuned" suspension on the Forester.

I think a STi Impreza Impreza would be a better choice.

 

the impreza probably is a better choice cause its a compact sedan and the Forester is a SUV type and the probably couldnt hold as good control or whatever as the WRX.

 

The Forester is an Impreza platform with a slightly raised roof and ride height. It's pretty much the same thing as an Impreza Wagon.

 

True, but there is not a WRX STi Wagon offered stateside. Plus, I need the utility that the wagons offer and having a 2.5 STi motor makes it even sweeter
