Yes I think it's worth it. Esemes has done research on this and it may help with turbulent air. Smoother air to the turbo is a good think. IMO
But it does also look good.

Cool. Thanks. I found it for $225. Sound like a good price?

You should be able to get it from Rallitek.com for cheaper right now as they are having a 25% off sale on Perrin parts.

Your fastest spooling and most efficiently running turbo (pick any one) is going to have the compressor inlet sucking in raw air with zero obstruction (no air filter, etc) and no exhaust attached at all.

Anything to get as close to that as possible helps.

Screw that..........have CFT cutom fabricate a metal inlet for wayyyyyyyyyy cheaper. My friend had a GP moto inlet with his vf-22 and it would collapse at 5000rpm.....now GP moto is not Perrin but for that price......I would get the metal piece fabricated from CFT like my friend did.......much better deal and stronger.

I have the Perrin inlet tube and its much larger than the stock unit. i had comparison pics, but the stock tube will go inside of the perrin. and dont listen to the hype about having to take the manifold off to get it on. I just lubed mine with k-y and it slid right in to place on the 1st try. I think you should get a tube with the kit
