The moral of this story...
This friday i was sitting around thinking of my car when i thought of what seemed to be a good idea at the time. I thought maybe the bad idle, running rich, and CEL light was all blown out of proportion when it comes to a wrx and bov. So being the ricer i am i remove the recirculation pipe and run my bov on total vent. Here is where it all went downhill from. I started my car and immediately the idle sucked and my car was spitting fuel so i decided to take it for a spin. The bov sound was very nice (the loudest i have ever heard) but once again the car was idling terrible and every so often stalling. This was an awakening to me because i personally wanted to buy a vent bov until now, so the moral of this story is that i personally recommend buying a recirculating or hybrid bov or not buying one at all, stock is fine.
P.S what did yall get for your scoobs for christmas?

I put the recirculating hose back on... i couldnt stand driving around with the idle like that and the cell and what not. needless to say it is back to normal.

I run the HKS SSQV on full vent, but the car is tuned to take care of any issues with it. Very loud, very high pitched sound on boost. Not for everyone, but I like it. Running a non-recirculating BOV on a stock WRX is a bad idea, as you found out.
