Yes every car is tuned custom, since we have found that every car is different. I have lost count how many cars we have done now and every person is happy with the results.
We have even re-done some Vishnu maps to extract more HP and better drivability. Its hard to tune an ECU for a Florida car from California.

There are no prerequisite mods for it. I have no idea what the STI comes with stock though. It's possible you already have something very similar. The WRX comes with a plastic piece that has accordian ribbing in it.

all depeneds on how far your taking it..if your just going to do exhaust and flash it.. then go for it..if you have a list of parts thats going on in the next few months.. then put the exhaust on and wait for the other parts.. then flash it..
