Both are good products, personally... I'd go with the Prodrive piece, the fit and finish are outstanding, the tone is nice and mellow, but the boxer rumble can still be heard.

Get the Prodrives... perfect boxer sound with none of the rice effect. Its what I have on my car and it looks good too, kinda like it came with the car. Oh its perfect, then you can pimp it with matching Prodrives wheels like I did. Yummm, I love my Suby!

Then the answer is Scooby Sport. Simply put, it's one of the most badass exaust systems out there for the Subaru... Hell it's made by Heyward & Scott (so it's gotta be damn good). Killer tone (not obnoxious), rock solid construction (it aint pretty, function over form) and it's what I'd like to put on my car.

I dont really want loud and i dont want a grapefruit shooter. i want a noticable tone with good performence.

The Prodrive is nice and a 100% perfect fit if you're keeping the rest of the exhaust mostly stock. It's not a perfect fit with most aftermarket full downpipes(-2 cats) but I've done it with a HKS and Helix downpipe.
I wouldn't expect any noticable performance gains from a catback/axleback.
