Open DP?

Besides running open DP how else could i get a real good throaty sound on stock catback any suggestions would be great (similar sounding to srt-4)??????

buy a SRT-4

seriously.. the WRX has a distinct boxer sound.. dont make it sound like a SRT-4.. they sould like crap..

but dropping the muffler off a WRX gives it a nice sound.. for a few weeks till you get sick of it.

see if i wanted an srt i would buy one but i dont what im saying is just that deep throaty sound...if i run open dp is it going to be extremely loud almost too loud though?

the only thing you could do is buy an axle back, open DP is the only free exhaust mod, unless you want to take off the rear can and run open MP, I cant remember if their is resonator or not in the mid-pipe, might keep the noise down SOME, but not much

i would think open DP would be pretty fuggin loud, but if you like ridiculously loud and than extremely quiet why not just save up for an electric cutout? stock to musclecar at the flip of a switch. ha.
