p.s. Is this on the 1820??? If so, please PM me as much of your setup as you care to share. I promise to keep everything confidential. I have a customer in CA who could not get his 1818 tuned worth a shite and I'd like to see if there's anything to help him out. He made less whp than I did and his tuner out there is blaming the turbo! The 'tuner' won't send along any data. I think the problem is with the asshole tuning the car. Anyway, please let me know if you'd be interested in sharing. Again, I promise to keep it all classified.

actually all the suspension is stock, so im assuming that the change in spring rate would help, thats what im banking on anyways. these runs are w/ the 1820 and all my mods are bolt ons, 650s, exhaust, UTEC, header, FMIC, etc.... I'am running 23PSI, which is alot I know, but I've ran more than that w/o hurting anything. one thing i know for certain is that w/ all the parts installed my car only made 187WHP before tuning, so chalk up half the cars HP to the tune. if its not right the car will run like SHIT, thats most likely your guys problem in CA.

<<After I launch the front end comes up so high that the car is only using the outsides of the front tires.>>

Can you dial in some negative camber, or did you do that already?

Nice trap speed

ok... with that said... since you mention the mass air to me, do you have problems with this? or did you relocate it? if its possible to relocate, say to the "cold" intercooler pipe, would that solve some problems, assuming it would be "blow through" at that point? is this even possible? if not, are there any options you have seen/used? any plans if so? such as a dsm, my friend has a tsi awd, he was saying use a GM 3" mafs.... it needs a signal converter/translator, but, is this possible to wire up to the wrx? or even necessary?

and if you dont mind, what header are you running? i am going this route next, and i cant really tell if there is a difference between the hks ~ greddy ~ zerosports etc....

thanks
~ mark

you just need to add distance between the turbo and the mass air, nothing fancy just some silicone hose and 8-12 inches of tubing, and im using a Borla header, perfect fit and no probs so far

Very impressive. I can see you definately getting a 11s pass soon. With a better reaction time and a nice 60' time you would have been there. I'm sure there are some stock wrx's getting some 1.6- 1.7 60' times..or is that just not happen?
