Default Update on the T3/T4 kit

after numerous wheel and compressor housing changes on the turbo we have finally got something that seems to be a step in the right direction, my numbers on the PE were 316/295. Now with the new setup we are seeing 319/315 w/ less boost and a MUCH richer A/F. the powerband is much smoother and the car just sounds like its not even working hard w/ this setup. the EGTs have came down tons. with some tuning on the fuel and timing curves this thing is gonna be a monster. look for another update tom.

bout time someone did a damn t3/t04 ...... im tired of seeing all these expensive and small turbo upgrades for the WRX. what are you at so far? b housing or e housing? 48 or 63 AR? trim?

i was thinking a while ago why people arent doing a external wastegate t3/t04, and just adding the wastegate into the up pipe so you could retain the stock exhaust manifold.

B housing , 48 AR, but someone would have to kidnap and torture me to tell them the rest of whats in there. its like finding gold when you get the right combination. lets just say we can remove, replace housings and wheels, and reinstall the turbo in about 30 minutes now...

the way that the turbo spools is part of how it is set up depending on the compressor housing, wheel, exhaust housing etc...i could see it changing by going to more displacement, but if you still want to change it to a different range its only gonna cost between 150 and 250 depending on how you decide to go

well i am probably going to want to go bigger i was thinking about buying the aps 650 when it comes out with the relocator kit and external wastegate but am concerned about the cost
i believe the trim on mine is 63 on the turbine side but how does that benefit it seems the smaller the trim the faster the spool

With the stuff you got I don't know why you just don't go get a real turbo instead of some bolt on aps stuff. Where to get a real turbo? I don't know I don't have the funds to even look lol. Stop playing around with little bolt on crap, get someone to do custom piping like 99venom. If you got the money why stay bolt on???

Props to both cars.
