your gonna spend twice the money for a bolt on setup and still not have as much. my setup w/ Tial wastegate cost me much less than just the PE Turbo itself.

Only thing I could see doing with bolt on is the 20g from the nasioc people... but I havn't seen any numbers out of them yet... Then again I also gave up and stopped looking at parts. I just lurk and stick my old news into stuff.

Everything i've said the past week or so are under heavy drugs for my cold that wont go away, so if it doesn't make sence leave me alone.

oh, no... i wasnt worried about the fabrication myself.. ive picked a turbo to put on mine... its just a matter of time.. but for the ease of things, and relative simplicity of using a "factory issue" turbo.. sometimes you cant beat it... now, in both the two cases mentioned above... i would think that external wastegate is the way to go.. but for a daily driven car that is beaten, something that is readily available and can be had relatively easily...

i personally am starting to like the APS stuff a lot.. after reading about the stuff that haas been done with their RT spec kit, and the club spec, im pretty impressed... the stuff is supposedly durable...

i just have yet to see anyone run a greddy turbo, or the HKS upgrade.. those look WAY too pricey (mainly HKS) for whats going on... 2700 for the hks when im sure a t3/t4 would be far heavier hitting...

oh yeah, ... there is NOTHING "cute" about polished turbos! at least it looks cool!

its actually quite a bit the turbo has to be moved around ALOT. the intake piping , wastegate, oil and water lines...etc..

this is what i was worried about!:o

i doubt it would be relatively easy to return it to sock for any reason, like eventually selling it...
