I don't expect much cust service at a junk yard, but I still feel people should treat you with mutual respect and be happy for your business, which keeps them employed. If they have a problem with that, they can easily be replaced by the millions of people out there unemployed, makes no difference to me.

I don't mind if they want to see in my toolbox, it's necessary to weed out the thieves, but don't just go through it when someone tells you to wait a second for them to open it. I would have been angry too.
