a light tester? you mean a voltage tester? and no, that would not mean they are fried. that would mean they are not getting voltage, or if you mean tested them for spark, that means they arnt being triggered. they are triggered by the igniter, which is triggered by the ecu. go to the link i posted and test your igniter. sounds like the igniter is fried, not the coils.
