dunno if youre being sarcastic or not but those are terrible reasons for joining imo. i see it all too often, ppl join seeing commercials or hearing stories of guys in the service doing badass shit... sure theres plenty of cool shit to do in the military, but what recruiters fail to tell people is how much bullshit there is to deal with, lots of mindnumbing downtime, ect. it wears ppl out quick. i love my job but just like the family guy episode on the army 'your experience may vary' lmao
You seem like a very bright guy, (although, hanging out with Ricky kind of nulls that
) so i'll let you use your good judgement to decipher wether I was being serious or not.
If I was to join, i'd do it for a multitude of reasons, mainly for personal reasons that are extremely hard to explain. For some odd reason, I always wanted to do infantry, or fly. But I wouldn't want to have to go back to school for a couple years, just to be able to enlist as an officer.
