Do you have any gears that grind? Does it "pop out" of third, especially whilst downshifting? A new trans seems rather extreme.
The stock turbo pushed past 18-20PSI is beyond its efficiency range. The factory piece is neat, but entirely too small for the powerplant it supports. As for an HP figure, it's going to depend wholly on all of your other modifications. I would suggest going to SRTForums and searching. Chances are, all of your other questions have already been answered.
