And I think its only fair that they should of put the spare on with no problem, considering they couldnt take care of the problem, and wanted to sell me an un-needed performance tire.

If the tire could or could not be fixed is not the point. and the fact you drive a BMW or not is not the point. If you can not afford 150 bucks for a new tire, or pay the guys at a shop for putting on your spare instead of the the tire YOU fucked up while driving. Then maybe you should just stop driving and park the shit box z3.
