The BOLT is not welded in there, the BOLT is seized in there, never said anything about a nut, and if you look at the picture its clearly a bolt.... Stick to learning how to read.


If there is a nut on the other size, and its already off, you can place the nut back on there almost all the way and start hitting it with a hammer, it will fuck up the nut, but it wont damage the bolt... or atleast it wont mushroom out the bolt. Doing that, while having a friend on the other end with a impact might break it free.
