I thought all the 5.4's have forged steel cranks with center counterweights. Some of the posts below have more information about the crank. As far as I know, the only real difference to speak of between the regular garden variety 5.4 and the Lightning 5.4 is the pistons. Possibly a camshaft, but that is unlikely.
