Nope it will do the same thing. It dosnt matter any type of "matte" or "flat" paint will become shiny when buffed single or twin stage. I've talked to the guys at the paint supply store quite a few times on the subject. Its kinda similar to when you wetsand a car and it becomes hazy then you hit it with a buffer and it turns into gloss again.
