I refer you to an earlier post on this thread about a person's concern about "legality"............don't expect life to be fair........

If we can have Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geitner appointed by You-know-who, who accidentally forgot to pay his taxes for thousands of dollars, plus 3 more appointees who declined an appointment when taxes were mentioned, and Senator Charles Rangel who accidentally forgot to pay his taxes for several years.....and those people are RUNNING the govt, then maybe you should get things into prospective, and look up the earlier posting....-Bob

Some people say that if safety was our primary concern, instead of
making people poorer through higher prices, (and the higher taxes to the govt that accompany higher prices), then it is logical that you should have the right to accept your own risk, and federal safety items should be options that people can either accept or delete.-Bob
