Easiest way right here.

Just because you overboosted once and it didnt blow, it doesnt mean right off the bat you have pistons/rods. Anything can blow up when something like that happens, even with aftermarket rods/pistons. Just be careful that it doesnt happen too often. You may have just gotten lucky.
