Well, I know S&R will build the motor. They do good work, but if there is an issue afterward I don't see any shop having a warranty unfortunately.
as for warranty work if a shop assembles your motor and in the first 1000 miles spins a bearing due to not measuring a bearing clearance properly I feel they are at fault and should take resposiblity
