Fittings between T25 and T28 are same, BB of course you need the restrictor, but you *could* reuse stock hoses/tubing on all of it except the coolant hardline from the front of the block doesnt clear the T28 comp housing.
I reused all oem stuff when I installed my T28 except for that coolant line, some barbed banjo fittings and a little rubber hose, just tweaked the T25 oil drain and called it a day.
