Unless you are trying to use a 4th gen cluster, the wiring isnt going to do you any good.

The stock wiring for the oil pressure gauge and water temp is just direct from the sending unit, which you'd have to install the correct sender for your oil pressure gauge from whatever vehicle you are installing into. Tach signal and vss output are going to be the only two coming from the pcm, and you wont need any part of the dash harness for that unless you want to use it for scrap wire.

You'll probably need dakota digital boxes on both the tach and speedo signal to whatever "stock" cluster it is you are planning to use.
