money is right, i want to do it right but no go all out, and most of you can say what you want about the "h-beams" but i have them and might as well use them.

I dont see how it would be too high of compression using ctr pistons, i called 3 shops, yonke racing, lht, and driven concepts all 3 didnt see the problem 11:5 compression doesnt need race gas, its when u get in the 12's maybe worry about that.

The whole reason i started this thread is to see if it was possible to do on an ls block, but thanks for all the info.
