yes, ease off a little easier. Your old worn out clutch slipped more, so you could dump off of it quicker and basically let the clutch ease itself into gear. Make sense?
Either rev up higher like you should to dump the clutch, or ease off more...
as for the higher end or material thing, forget all of that. It doesn't make sense, just erase it from memory and try again
as for the clutch rated for more power, it won't hinder performance, it will hinder driveability. But, in my opinion, that has more to do with the driver skill than the equipment. There are numerous people that would, and do, drive around on 6 puck un sprung clutches. You know, the ones that everyone says you can't daily driver on...
Unless there is actually something wrong with your motor, I'm thinking it is driver error that it making it seem like there is a problem...
