Let me start off by explaining that I'm a credit expert and part of my job is teaching loan officers how credit really works. Everyone thinks they know, but 95% are clueless.
Having no credit score is not a bad thing, but you need to establish yourself before you will qualify for a luxury item (motorcycle).
Step 1: Get 1 or 2 department store credit cards. Target and sears are good places to start (go to target first). Resist the urge to apply everywhere... it's credit suicide.
Step 2: Use the cards for exactly 7 months. Charge a reasonable amount on them (within your budget) and only pay it off completely every other month. e.g.: Charge $100 in Jan, pay $25 in Feb, pay balance in Mar.
Step 3: You'll have about a 700 score, so you can buy 1 large item of your choice (Car or bike). If you want both, you'll need to buy 1, wait 7 months, then buy the other.
All of this is assuming that you have a stable job with reasonable free income and that you can prove it. Also, you'll need to make sure your credit card balances remain low (< 30% of limit) for a month or so before you apply for a bike loan.
