ya i am eddiesixem's friend and he paid the impound fees over the phone with a debit card, and the impound released it to the owner and now the owner is impossible to get a hold of and his number no longer works (maybe changed his # idk), but we talked to someone else on tr who knows where he lives so my friend has the where abouts of the car!
