Id like to put that motor in my 69 SS. Although I would probably have to put better guts in it, I dont think the stock block would last too long north for 5000rpm for very long. Thats where those heads like to shine.
there have been plenty of people who have spun them parts to 7k and even 8k
the crank and block is good for 1000hp rods with arp bolts and pistons go to like 800hp
