V6 is the WORST design from an engineering point of view...unbalanced, heavy, awkward (ESPECIALLY transversely mounted), balance shafts REQUIRED...fuck that. Want to cut down on NVH? Stop using fuckin V6s and go back to the superior I6.

Bullshit, use a design like Toyota's 1G-GTE...75mm/75mm bore/stroke (identical to the 2000GT btw). Give it an S/C and/or a turbo. Smaller displacement, use boost to replace displacement, worry less about gas mileage.
