both...there's quite a few very fast single cams on TR. If your going to invest money into it fix the current flaws. Get your car resprayed then work on gettin the interior up to par. If your still into it at that point then start building the engine. If at that time your not as into it then you can re-sell it and get a decent selling price for her!
