Default my civic: worth the work or not?

i have a 97 civic ex. it has 103k miles on it. right now i have a short ram intake, header, and i might put on an exhaust later tonight. so might question is, without swapping out the engine, is this car worth putting in further work, time, and money?
thanks

if the body and all inside is beautiful dont waste the time..cause when your ready to sell it you will never get close to the money spent on upgrades

well thats the thing the condition of the body (ie paint scratches indents) and the interior is nowhere near perfect. its not too bad but its just gonna be hard to make any resell profit as it is..

I say build it!

Every vehicle I've ever owned has been modded in one way or another, And I don't regret a single dollar spent.

If you like working on cars/turning wrenches then it's cool to sink money into it (if you can afford it), But if your going to pay someone else to do the work and you just drive the car (pay me to build it... J/P ), Don't bother modding it, You won't enjoy the work done as much and it'll turn into a chore keeping the car running top notch.

100K miles really isn't that bad if the car has been maintained properly.

So now after reading the above, ask yourself the same question and let us know your answer.
