Try rotating the tires. Move the back one up front and the front one back, but be sure to turn them around and run them backward to even out the wear. I am a MMI trained mechanic, trust me.

I believe the same happened to Brandon a while back on his RC & it went away with new tires.
I'd make sure the rear tire isn't misalinged somehow...
The front is worn pretty bad so maybe thats why

The rear is straight, we had just tightened the chain after we got back to my moms house and it still does it.
