One thing you guys may want to consider using this is to change it frequently. i change my yesteraday, it had at least 10k on the fluid, but the fluid came out darker and thick. More darker than I've ever seen in a tranny fluid changed. I was told by a few hardcore guys on h-t.com about changed it more frequently, but never bother with their reasonin.

Just to give you heads up since I found it kinda weird when I did this last nite. went back to OEM new MT fluid.
