Also, finding a place that is easy to access is hard. Picture this. You are all geared up, jacket zipped up, gloves on and you need the gun quick! If you keep it in the tank bag, you can never ever leave that tankbag alone. Can never keep it on the bike while you go into the store for a quick break, can never leave it on the table anywhere it might get stolen. You might as well be a secret service messenger man handcuffed to his breifcase. Or you have to somehow transfer it from the tankbag to a holster with no one noticing.

I think 99.99% of the time, just twisting the throttle is a better solution. But there is always the 00.01% No easy answers.

i 100% agree with you to an extent, you have awesome reasoning, but those of us who use bikes as daily transportation, you want your firearm with you when you get to your destination for the day.


BTW: psst, invest in a good ankle holster
